BG054 PEATED CS WHISKY

Matured in and bottled straight from a 100lt sherry cask this was our 2nd release of Peated Single Malt released to the public in October 2018. Matured for just over 2 years this release is sweet, rich and smokey. This cask strength whisky is bottled at 63.7%ABV, 500ml.                                                                       
 
Lavish and sweet on the nose with subtle wafts of peat that really comes to bear on the palate in between hints of sticky dates and toffee. The finish is long and creamy with a serious smokey tale. It’s big and bold, a take-no-prisoners whisky, absolutely everything you love about Black Gate wrapped up in a sherry bow.
