Our BG114 Shiraz Cask Dark Rum was probably one of our most intriguing rum releases and was our first ever Shiraz cask expression. Distilled in November 2018 and bottled in November 2021, this rich dark rum has spent its entire life in a Huntington Estate Special Reserve Shiraz cask maturing to perfection.

Nose of butter croissant, dates, with hints of Christmas spices and dried stone fruit. The palate is surprisingly buttery and warming with a nice lingering spice with gentle oak undertones. Complex and flavourful yet not overpowering
